Everything on the menu


This is another good/appropraite picture for dieting and losing weight! I never cut a food group out or avoid a certain type of food. The minute you cut if out you will start to crave it and eventually give in and attack it with vengeance!!! If i want bread i will have wholewheat, if i fancy chocolate i will have a piece of dark or cacoa. There are healthy alternatives to a lot of ‘naughty’ dishes and i truly believe everything in moderation!
