I saw this recipe online a while back and i’ve been desperate to try it. Again its a simole recipe with simple ingredients that makes a totally yummy dinner or snack to share! I had mine with steam broccoli.
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast
Wholewheat Breadcrumbs
Unsweetened Coconut Shavings
2 Beaten Eggs
Salt and Pepper
Chilli Flakes (if you like them spicy!)
Recipe:
Heat a wok with coconut oil.
Slice the chicken breasts into ‘nugget’ size
Mix breadcrumbs, coconut shavings and salt and pepper in a bowl
Dip the chicken into the beaten eggs then into the breadcrumb mix
Fry in wok till golden brown
