I’m a Flight Attendant travelling the world on a weekly basis. I’m also a qualified Personal Trainer and in my spare time I teach various group exercise and spinning classes in the UK.
I suffer with something called Fibromyalgia which combined with jet lag means I’m always in some state of fatigue!
