I think i have finally perfected my quinoa breakfast recipe! This is a great breakfast dish to give you energy and to fuel your day. I find this a fantastic breakfast to eat before my work out and hour or two later.
Ingredients:
Organic red quinoa (i used Trader Joes)
Almond Milk
1/2 scoop of NLA her whey protein in chocolate eclair (gluten and sugar free)
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 banana
So easy to make too, boil all the ingredients together except the banana which you add on top at the end!
Reasons why i like it:

Also a complex carb which is good to fuel you for the day
Cinnamon is a fat burning spice as well as flavoursome
A banana for energy
Gluten free recipe
Low sugar
