Coconut Crunch Recipe

As part of my ‘I Quit Sugar’ Detox i have been experimenting with low sugar snacks to nibble on between meals.
This recipe is based on one from the book which i have adapted slightly.

Ingredients:
Almond Peanut (or any nut butter)
Coconut butter (can use coconut oil but you would only need a little bit)
Shredded Coconut
Oats
Cinnamon
A dash of salt

Recipe:
Just melt all in to a saucepan till they mix together than place on some baking paper and store in the freezer either overnight or for a least an hour before nibbling!!!
