Chia Pudding Breakfast


There are so many different variations of this recipe, this is mine!!

1/2 cup Chia seeds
1 1/2 cup of Almond milk
1/2 cup of Shredded coconut
1 tbsp agave syrup
Ground cinnamon

Here comes the complicated bit….

Mix all ingredients together and leave in the fridge over night!!!!!

As you can see this is a very complicated recipe! Hahah!! Just make sure everything is mixed equally so that the seeds do not fall to the bottom. Give the mixture the occasional stir for the first hour then leave to do its thing!!!

Chia seeds are packed with protein, omega 3’s and help stabilise your blood sugar levels which means it keeps you fuller for longer and doesn’t give you a sugar rush/crash that leaves you craving more sugar.
I’ve served mine with fruit and flaked almonds.
