My 2 scoop protein flapjack
Sorry for the #repost for some but i realised i hadn’t posted my fav protein bake on here!
Its the simplest to make! Its literally 2 scoops of every ingredient using your protein scoop!!
2 scoops of flavoured protein (vanilla/chocolate the nicest)
2 scoops if rolled oats
2 scoops of unsweetened coconut shavings
2 scoops of raisins
1 spoonful of almond butter
A little water to mix
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread onto a baking tray as one big mix or into little balls for easier portions!
Cook in a preheated oven at 180 for 10-12 mins till golden brown!
A piece of this makes a great pre workout as has oats for carb store, protein for muscles and raisins and almond butter for energy!!
