Here’s is a recipe for people looking for a healthier version of spaghetti and meatballs, for the italian lovers or someone simply looking for new healthy recipes to eat in their ‘Eat Clean’ journey!
Ingredients:
Turkey mince
2 cloves of garlic
A handful of fresh parsley
2 spring onions
Chopped tin tomatoes
Mushrooms
Broccoli
Salt and pepper
Wholewheat spaghetti
Recipe:
Mix the turkey mince with chopped spring onion, chopped parsley and two grated cloves of garlic. Season with salt and pepper and makes into similar size balls.
Place in a non stick pan to fry evenly. (If the balls are the same size they should all cook at a similar time.)
Once almost cooked add chopped mushrooms and broccoli
Once all ingredients are cooked and brown add the tinned tomatoes.
Boil the spaghetti
Serve!!
