Simple Healthy pancakes!
Paleo,healthy and gluten free
Mash the banana as finely as you can and then add the two eggs. If you have an electronic whisk then use that. (I didn’t!)
Heat in a non stick pan till golden brown.
I added some linseed’s to my mix for extra fibre. I topped with cashew nut butter to serve.
The pancakes are not too sweet so if you like your pancakes with bacon this recipe is also suitable to use. If you have a particularly sweet tooth you can add berries or honey to serve too!
