Saw this dish on Instagram and had to try it myself! And i have to say it was totes delish!! I’m not one for a complicated recipe or a random ingredients list, I like things easy and simple and this dish is! If you love asian style food but on a healthier level this dish is for you! P F Chang’s eat your heart out!!
Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breasts
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Honey (I used Manuka)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Spring Onion

Cook the chicken breast in a non stick wok (no oil needed at this point).
Once the chicken is 90% cooked add the rest of the ingredients!!
Its as simple as that! Not only is this dish yummy but clean ingredients only are used and its good for you!! I teamed this with steamed broccoli and brown rice/quinoa mix cooked in a rice cooker.
