My absolute favourite time of the week has to be my Monday evening Stretch class. Its a short 15-20 minute class directly after my spin class. It compliments my spin class perfectly as the body is already warm for stretching and the slow music and movements slow the heart rate down, steady the breath and prepares the body for a relaxing evening.
So many people work out, work hard and then rush off to the next thing without taking a moment to stop, stretch and cool the body back down.
