Back At It

I’ve had a WHOLE week off from the gym cos i had my wisdom teeth out. Not being able to workout sucks!
I’m still in pain and i can’t do any heavy cardio as it hurts my teeth so my plan is to do most of my cardio on the bike and then lots of heavy compound moves to make up for lost time and get a good all over workout. squats, Deadlifts, upward rows lateral pull downs pull ups and a bit of core work
