Avocado Egg cups and soldiers


I’ve seen this a few times and always wanted to try it! Tonight was my first attempt and i think it didn’t come out too bad! Need to adjust the cooking time slightly as i’d prefer the yolk more runny. Easy to make, just crack an egg into a avocado and season with black pepper and chilli flakes.
Egg for protein 🍳
Avocado for good fats
Wholewheat bread for complex carb. 🍞
Pepper and chilli are also fat burning spices!
