I’ve recently had 3 of my wisdom teeth out and have been on liquids for three days now. To make sure i still get my fruit and veg portions in i have been making smoothies and home made soups as opposed to ready made, processed, sugar filled kinds.
The ingredients to my favourite smoothie:
Vanilla protein (today i used pre-made muscle milk but you can also use protein powder with skimmed or almond milk)
Banana – for energy
Cinnamon – a fat burning spice
Ground flaxseed – for fibre to aid digestion
Blend these ingredients together to make a great breakfast smoothie!
