Meal Prep


Eating clean and healthy is bloody hard for us cabin crew, but with planning and preparation this is how its done!
I’m working this afternoon till late this evening and then flying to NYC in the morning, so i spent an hour today making my dinner and snacks for today and tomorrow.
Raspberries, blueberries, cashews and almonds.
Garlic an herb chicken breast and peppers, sweet potato mash with spring onion and a small amount of feta, and steamed broccoli
These foods are clean, healthy, filling and paleo!
